Redundant docks in recent times have offered themselves as ideal areas of regeneration. The Royal Docks has become the target of the Mayor of London’s plan to deliver a floating village. The Docks are to be mixed amenity and development space is to be fully integrated with surrounding communities. The studio's work was a prize winning entry.
