Studio Engleback has been commissioned by Optic Realm to design the gardens and setting to 2 large planar modernist houses on a site presently occupied by a semi derelict 1980s dwelling.

The landscape design becomes an extension of the modernist  buildings and extends over the houses as living roofs and walls. Reflecting pools extend north as rills which form swales in the woodland for natural drainage.
